Buslink was established in 2011 by me Fergus Farrell of Farrell Travel to help create a new corporate brand and superior service to the coach hire industry in Ireland. We finished a 12 days tour last Saturday on which we enjoyed your excellent drivers – John & Vincent. Dear Fergus, On behalf of everyone in the tour group (31 people) I have been asked to pass on to you all of my clients gratitude and satisfaction for a job well done and to comnpliment you and your driver Pat McInerney on his skill and temperament in navigating the beautiful comfortable coach around the maze of Irish highways and byways. This was a consumate and professional job and Pat our driver was the key to our feel good factor. His attention to detail every day when we boarded the vehicle from, it's cleanliness to the provision of fresh water every day and his willingness to facilitate requests where possible.
The vehicle was extremely comfortable and superbly fitted out with all the facilities and safety features and a PA system second to none, which is not always the case, but everyone remarked uopn it especially.
